Check The ScheduleThis is a marksmanship class designed for beginner to advanced shooters to improve their overall pistol shooting performance by taking a deep dive into the core skills of shooting.
It varies from other classes in the industry because we share the principles behind modern-day shooting techniques and share the cheat codes we’ve learned from training with over 100 different instructors in the past three years.
Key learning points regarding stance, grip, sight alignment, sight picture, and trigger press will be taught and demonstrated to improve students’ understanding and application of core skills, followed by various exercises and drills to help students better execute all the techniques taught in the class.

What are the class’s gear requirements?
- Pistol of your choice. Make sure it’s in good, working condition.
- Outside the waistband or IWB holster and gun belt.
- At least 3 magazines (if you have a 1911 platform bring extra magazines so you can shoot 30 rounds per relay).
- Roughly 400-500 rounds of ammunition of your caliber.
- Eye and ear protection.
- Comfortable shoes. Most of the day we will be on our feet.
- Weather appropriate clothing. (Rain or shine or snow)
- Drinks, snacks, and food.
Can anyone attend the class?
Students must know how to operate their pistol and safely manipulate their firearm. This is NOT a class for brand new shooters, i.e. the class is meant for beginner, intermediate, to advanced shooters. You should be able to draw and safely holster your firearm. You should know how to clear malfunctions safely. You should know how your firearm operates and be able to lock the slide to the rear. If this is not where you are in your shooting journey, no problem. We have all been there. We can get you up to speed so that you can take this class and get the most value for the time and money you spend. Contact us and we will help you get ready for the class.
Students must be at least 21 years old, or 18+ with a guardian, and due to the department of state ITAR regulations, tactical training is only available to US Citizens/Legal Residents.

Cheat Codes of Shooting 1 is $350. Budget for 400 to 500 rounds of ammunition on top of tuition, because you supply your own firearm and ammo. Yes. Bring the pistol you actually use, iron sights or red dot. The core skills taught in this class, including grip, trigger press, natural point of aim, and recoil management, apply to both, and a red dot often makes your errors easier to see and diagnose. Make sure your optic is properly mounted and zeroed before class.
Yes, expect to be on your feet for most of the day. Wear comfortable shoes and weather appropriate clothing, because the class runs rain, shine, or snow, and bring food, snacks, and drinks. Plan on roughly 400 to 500 rounds in your caliber. This is a full day of drills, so bring the high end of that range rather than the low end, and bring at least three magazines so you are not reloading between every string. If you shoot a 1911 platform, bring extra magazines so you can shoot 30 rounds per relay.
Bring a pistol of your choice in good working condition, an outside the waistband or inside the waistband holster with a gun belt, at least three magazines, roughly 400 to 500 rounds of ammunition in your caliber, and eye and ear protection. The class goes deep on the core skills of pistol shooting: stance, grip, sight alignment, sight picture, and trigger press. From there it covers natural point of aim, aligning your sights by feel, recoil management, center and combat holds, and multiple target engagements. Each concept is taught and demonstrated first, then drilled until you can actually execute it.
