I have over 23 years in law enforcement I spent most of my time on patrol and teaching new police officers how to become safe and effective law enforcement officers. It was as a training officer that I developed skills in observing and recognizing strengths and weaknesses and adapt training to best suit the student and accelerate their learning so to pass the FTO (field training program). I have been actively training and continue to train with the industries leading firearms instructors for over 10 years. (See Below)
